MY STORY

I take pride in the time I have spent working with high-profile talent and programmers in multiple formats, local and syndicated, including CHR, Country, Mainstream Rock, Classic Hits, Sports Talk and Contemporary Gospel. I have overseen the launches of stations in Augusta, Flint, Birmingham, Portland, Dallas and Norfolk/Virginia Beach.

Based in Nashville, TN now, I am focused on coaching and mentoring radio programmers and on-air talent to assist in their growth and development inside the radio station and within the industry including actual career coaching to help you take whatever that next step is!

I am also available to coach aspiring or current podcasters in the art of audience engagement and personality development.

Additionally, my “Media/Radio 101 ” session is a training program for new country artists that provides invaluable insight from the perspective of a media and radio insider, as they prepare for their subsequent radio tours and media blitzes.

I am a member of Nashville’s Leadership Music organization and have served on the Country Radio Broadcasters Board of Directors since 2005, currently as Vice President.
